Here we have Kasumi Goto from Mass Effect, Winry Rockbell from Full Metal Alchemist, Fiona from Final Fantasy MLAADL (My Life as a Dark Lord), Turanga Leela from Futurama, Jill Valentine from Resident Evil 3, and Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill.  I think a cyclops or triclops fusion is probably likely for this group considering Leela is in the mix and Ryuko has Senketsu.
