I decided to make a community of fallout centaurs that either didn't get as badly mutated as the "attack dogs" used by the super mutants or became so mutated that they started changing in the other direction. Will here is the self appointed queen of the community. She still slurs a bit due to having two extra tongues but is reasonably intelligent. She is really proud of the growth of her arm nubs (she isn't sure if they will actually be arms though) and her overall symmetry. Most neocentaurs are a bit lopsided.
